August 7, 2022 - WASHINGTON, Pa. (August 7) - The Washington Wild Things defeated the Lake Erie Crushers 6-5 on Superhero Night to take the series and stay on top of the West Division. The victory came courtesy of early runs and the prevention of a comeback in the ninth.

August 7, 2022 - SCHAUMBURG, Ill. - The 2021 Frontier League Champion Schaumburg Boomers plated runs in five different innings to pick up a 9-3 win over the Windy City ThunderBolts and sweep the weekend series.
Nick Oddo opened the scoring in the bottom of the second with a two-run homer. Single runs in the third and fourth allowed the Boomers to lead 4-0. August 7, 2022 - Rockland County, NY - The New York Boulders hit eight home runs, including two by David Vinsky, and completed a perfect six-game homestand with a 16-8 win over the visiting Empire State Greys on Sunday at Clover Stadium in Pomona.
The Boulders swept three-game series with the Greys and Trois-Rivieres Aigles as they improved to seven games over .500 (39-32) and moved within 1 1/2 games of the Sussex County Miners for the third and final playoff spot in the Eastern Division.
