SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - The Sioux Falls Storm Indoor Football Team is pleased to announce the signing of Linebacker James Brown for the 2023 IFL Season. Brown put together a very productive rookie campaign with the Green Bay Blizzard during the 2022 IFL season. He finished 2nd in the league in tackles (96) and 7th in tackles for loss (14.5).
