Racing Signs Star Forward Uchenna Kanu, Loans Riley Parker

Racing Louisville FC made a pair of moves this week as the global transfer window closed, acquiring star Nigerian forward Uchenna Kanu via transfer and loaning out rookie forward Riley Parker.
