CORPUS CHRISTI - Hooks outfielder Justin Dirden is the Texas Player of the Week for July 25-31, Minor League Baseball announced Monday. Dirden recorded 11 hits in 19 at-bats for a .579 average last week in Amarillo, cracking two doubles and two home runs while driving in four.
